You may already have a wedding venue but unsure on how to bring your ideas all together.

-One on one consultation for 2hrs with our Wedding planner at a location of your choice- cafe, wedding venue, local home.

The Brides Package
Part Planning and On the day Coordination
-One on one consultations to discuss your wedding and how Tweed Valley Events can assist you.
- Wedding Checklist.

-Recommendations on the finest vendors you will need to complete your day.
-Ceremony and Reception floor plan.
-Discuss final bookings, your on the day vendors.
-Liaise with vendors 2 weeks before to confirm booking and times.
-Main point of contact 2 weeks before and on the day.
-Work with your preferred suppliers on the day to bring it all together for you.
-8-10hr on the day coordination.
-Complete all the final touches to your ceremony and reception.
-Coordinate guests on arrival to ceremony and reception.
-Assist bridal party on arrival at ceremony and reception.
-Coordinate and work with venue, selected suppliers and your MC to ensure the day runs smoothly and to plan.
-Tweed Valley Events will be beside you every step of the way to assist with your planning, to help organise and to then execute a day for all to remember.

This package is for the busy bride needing someone to complete it all. From start to end.
For the bride that doesn't want to worry about a thing the lead up to the wedding and on the day.
Venue viewings, liaising with vendors, bookings and discounts, payments, main point of contact pre wedding and on the day, arrange needed accommodation, furniture and equipment hire, styling and hire. We have it all covered! Working with only the best in the industry, we trust in building your perfect day.
Our team will work with you from the time you make contact to when you say goodbye at your reception. We will complete all the necessary planning tasks in correspondence with you every step of the way, assist with ceremony and reception design, work with your preferred vendors on the day to complete your dream and coordinate your day to plan.
