On the day PA 

*Consultation to discuss your wedding day plan and how our team at Tweed Valley Events can coordinate your day and work closely with you to ensure your wedding runs seamless. 

* 8hrs on the day Coordination.

*Assistance with and create wedding day schedule.

*Confirm all vendors the week before and liaise with venue staff and vendors on the day.

*Coordinate all on the day deliveries- cake, flowers, furniture hire...…...………….

*Assist vendors and your preferred stylist where needed with the setup process.

*Complete the final touches to your ceremony/reception to make it just perfect before your guests arrive.  

*Coordinate and greet guests on arrival to ceremony/reception and assist the Bride and Groom where needed.

*Work with your MC to ensure a smooth flow to the evening and the wedding stays on schedule.

*Main point of contact for all vendors and guests if any concerns, questions or needing a little direction.

*Our professional Wedding and Event Coordinator will stay on site until all your formalities are completed.

You have completed all the hard work planning and gathering all your styling items needed to complete your ceremony and reception, now you just need that one person you can trust to pull it all together for you.

*Consultation to discuss your ideas, to create your vision board and how Tweed Valley Events can complete your styling for you.  

*Together we create a styling plan and what is needed to be completed on the day. 

*Our styling team will work with the pieces you have collected or hired to complete your ceremony and reception. The arbour, chairs, centrepieces, candles, florals, napkins, table settings. We complete it all! 

*Coordinate all on the day deliveries- cake, flowers, furniture hire...…………...

*Ceremony pack down.  (Not including reception pack down. Can be arranged on request) 

*FREE ceremony Coordination.

*Together we create a styling plan and what is needed to be completed on the day. 

*Our styling team will work with the pieces you have collected or hired to complete your ceremony and reception. The arbour, chairs, centrepieces, candles, florals, napkins, table settings. We complete it all! *Ceremony pack down. (Not including reception pack down. Can be arranged on request) 

*8hrs on the day Coordination and complete styling and set up of the ceremony and reception. 

*Discuss styling pieces you have hired or collected and create a styling plan.

*Coordinate all on the day deliveries- cake, flowers, furniture hire......…...

*Assist vendors on arrival and coordinate the set up process. 

*Complete any last minute touches to your ceremony/reception to make just perfect.

*Assistance with and create wedding day schedule.  

*Confirm all vendors the day before and liaise with venue staff and vendors on the day. 

*Coordinate and greet guests on arrival to ceremony/reception and assist the B/ G and the bridal party when needed.

*Work with your MC to ensure a smooth flow to the evening and the wedding or event stays on schedule.

*Main point of contact for all vendors and guests if any concerns, questions or needing a little direction.

*Our professional Wedding and Event Coordinator will stay on site until all your formalities are completed.
